Medux is the biggest organisation for health care aide and equipment in the Netherlands. Due to their acquisition strategy the holding has a lot of sub brands. The sub brands focus on the consumers. Therefore the questions raises “what is the added value and the proposition of the main brand Medux?”.
DAY arranged strategic sessions and changed the brand architecture from an “umbrella brand” to a so called “platform brand”.
The labels are powered by Medux and the strategy is to evolve Medux from a corporate organisation into an attractive (employer) brand.
